We're Frank and Tamara, owners of The Tippy Canoe Cabin-a lake view cabin retreat on Douglas Lake in Sevierville, TN. We're an active family of three based in Middle Tennessee who loves exploring together. We designed this cabin as a place where guests can enjoy the best of both worlds: peaceful mornings on the lake and easy access to the Smoky Mountains area, just 45 minutes from Gatlinburg-without the noise and crowds of Pigeon Forge. Whether you're here to fish, paddle, and unwind, or venture out to hike mountain trails, catch live music, and find hidden local gems, we're all about helping you make memories filled with adventure, good food, and plenty of laughter!
